We focus on changing leaders from the inside-out and on the leader’s character and heart. Our goal is to develop leaders to lead like Jesus.
While the following chart is not meant to be exhaustive, it summarizes some of the essential characteristics of truly effective Christian leadership–leadership that reflects the transforming power of God’s Spirit– as well as the default fleshly tendencies that must be confronted in order to become this kind of leader.
