Herman Moldez, longtime pastor and mentor of many throughout the Philippines, recently shared about a conference he led, focussed on younger pastors. While focussing on training in the mentoring process, he challenged the attendees to share deeply with one another about their lives and ministry.
Dealing with the day-to-day issues of pastoral life can be isolating, and these young men reveled in the opportunity to unveil their hearts.
