In November of last year, our partner hosted a MentorLink workshop in Limbe. The theme of this workshop was Equipping Leaders with Biblical Values on Mentoring and Leadership. Starting with prayer and the Leaders’ Covenant, our partner led 30 pastors and leaders in an intense time of sharing and interaction with God. They discussed: personal character, honoring others, grace in relationships, excellence in all their pursuits, glory to God, and accountability to one another.
Participants were also divided into small groups and had time to interact and discuss questions related to mentoring and leadership.
Please pray that the participants will continue to study the word of God and make prayer integral to their ministries, that they would collaborate with each other for the advancement of God’s kingdom, and that they would earnestly seek to mentor people in their communities.
