A recent Passing it On! seminar in Brazil had over sixty (60) pastors and leaders in attendance to learn about acquiring the heart, attitudes, motives and character of a true Christ-centered leader.
These Passing it On! trainings always involve the participants discussing what the Scriptures mean related to leading like Jesus. Much of this “guided self-discovery” process happens in small groups of three to four people (see below right).
Additionally, as participants discover Christlike leadership truths from Scripture, they also begin to gain a heart and understanding of what a Christlike mentoring movement can look like for their country.
