Fifty-one leaders who facilitate mentoring ministries in Asia gathered two weeks ago to learn from one another and expand their vision and understanding of multiplying Christ-like leaders.
“May the Lord bless you and keep using MentorLink International. We pray that [transformational mentoring] may become an effective tool to intentionally multiply leaders who are able to serve and lead as our Lord Jesus Christ – throughout Asia [and the world]!”
The leaders spent much time listening, learning and praying for one another.
The General Director of the Phillipine Council of Evangelical Churches spoke at the close of the Gathering and uttered a prayer that:
- God would raise up and multiply mentors in the Philippine church [and throughout Asia] to equip potential and emerging leaders,
- Churches would be intentional in leadership development to build up the Body of Christ
- God would raise up stronger programs for mentoring ministries.
